The Town Clerk clarified that these appointments would need to be formalised at the April 2017 meeting and were also subject to these Members being re-elected to the Court of Common Council at the City’s all-out elections later this week.

The Chairman went on to refer to the existing vacancies on this Committee which would now be re-advertised to all Members at the May 2017 Court of Common Council meeting.
