Members' declarations under the Code of Conduct in respect of items on the agenda Minutes: Alderman David Graves declared a non-pecuniary prejudicial interest in respect of item 8, in view of the recommendation that he be awarded a Fellowship.
Christina Coker declared a non-pecuniary prejudicial interest in respect of item 9, a part of that report being concerned with the possible renewal of her term.
Both Members withdrew from discussion at the appropriate point for discussion of the relevant items. |

Matters Arising Skills and Effectiveness Review – It was asked if the action for the two new Governors to be invited to complete the skills survey had been completed; the Chairman advised that he was unsure and asked the Town Clerk to look in to the matter. The general process by which the skills survey could be best kept updated was discussed, with it suggested that an appropriate mechanism for embedding the process could be for every Governor to be asked to refresh their submission upon appointment or reappointment to the Board, i.e. at least every three years. |

Recommendation for Fellowships and Honorary Fellowships 2015 Report of the Principal. Minutes: The Committee considered and approved a report of the Principal recommending to Governors eleven nominations for fellowships and honorary fellowships for the 2015/16 session.

Minutes: The Committee received a report of the Town Clerk providing details as to the remaining terms of the several Governors and advising of those terms which were due to expire or be considered for reappointment in 2015 and 2016. |
