Report: General Purposes Committee of Aldermen

Minutes:

REPORTS OF THE GENERAL PURPOSES COMMITTEE OF ALDERMEN

 

(i)            Letter of Intent – Guild of Investment Managers

 

Resolved:- That the Guild of Investment Managers be recognised as a City Guild subject to a number of specified conditions.

 

(ii)          Transfer of Trusteeship – Emanuel Hospital charity (206952)

 

Resolved:-That trusteeship of the Emanuel Hospital charity (206952) be retained, thereby superseding the earlier decisions of the Court of Aldermen on 7th March 2017 and 5th December 2017 to transfer the trusteeship to another charity; and that all necessary arrangements be made on that basis.

 

(iii)         71st (City of London) Yeomanry Signal Regiment – Privileged Status

 

Resolved:-That the 71st (City of London) Yeomanry Signal Regiment be recognised as a Privileged regiment of the City of London.
