Report:- General Purposes Committee of Aldermen To consider a recommendation of the General Purposes Committee of Aldermen in respect of a Petition of the Guild of Nurses for Company without Livery Status. Minutes: Petition of the Guild of Nurses seeking recognition as a Company without Livery
Resolved Unanimously:- That, in noting that the World Health Organization has designated 2020 as the Year of the Nurse and Midwife in honour of the bicentenary of the birth of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing, this Court doth approve the recommendation of the General Purposes Committee of Aldermen that the Guild of Nurses be formally recognised as a Company without Livery. |
