Report of the Town Clerk.

Members noted the following updates to the Outstanding Actions List:

·        Barking Reach -  officers advised asset sales were now complete. 

·        Parabolic Dome - Officers had located one further example of at the now demolished Sentec ? Rubber Factory in Wales.  The development had used the same engineers as Arups and the Chairman had been sent images. 

·        The electrical supply and resilience query in respect of the Fleet Street Estate had  been resolved.
