MATTERS ARISING

Skills and Effectiveness Review (page 1) – The Chairman reported that the two new Governors who joined the Board in 2015 (Deputy Chapman and Mrs Littlechild) had completed the skills survey. He reiterated that every Governor would now be asked to refresh their submission upon appointment or reappointment to the Board, i.e. at least every three years.
