Report of the Town Clerk.

Members received a report of the Town Clerk in respect of the annual Review of the Committee’s Terms of Reference.

RESOLVED, that:

The Terms of Reference of the Barbican Residential Committee, as set out in the Appendix to the report,  be approved for submission to the court of Common Council.

The Committee continues to meet quarterly.
