To agree the public minutes and summary of the meeting held on 19^th March 2018.

The Chairman asked officers to return to the Sub-Committee in July, with a Report that included a bottom up analysis of costs to achieve the target the Carbon Descent Plan.

RESOLVED – That the public minutes of the previous meeting held on 19^th March are approved as an accurate record.
