Apologies for absence were received from Deputy Tom Sleigh (Chairman) and Mr David Shaw, OBE.

Members noted three observers at this morning’s meetings, whose appointments had not been confirmed by the Investment Committee: Mr Hudson, Mr Boden and Mr Meyers.  The Chairman agreed to these Members participating in today’s meeting.

The Chairman also welcomed Mr Michael Graham, the Head of Corporate Governance at Spellthorne District Council.  Mr Graham had signed an NDA and would be in attendance for the entire meeting.
