Joint report of the Town Clerk and City Surveyor.

The Sub-Committee considered a joint report of the Town Clerk and City Surveyor which provided information of the Work Programme for future meetings.

The City Surveyor clarified that the next meeting of the Sub-Committee would take place on the 5^th September, it was incorrectly marked on the Report as the 14^th September.

RESOLVED – That the Sub-Committee notes the report.
