Minutes:

The Sub-Committee received a report of the Chamberlain on the approach for managing personal information across both City Dynamics and City Services. It was noted that the report was produced to answer Members queries at the last meeting of the Information Technology Sub-Committee.

 

 

RESOLVED- that the Customer Relationship Management Project Update be noted.
