Exclusion of the public

Meeting of Assessment Sub (Standards) Committee, Tuesday, 27th November, 2018 10.30 am (Item 5.)

MOTION – That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be

excluded from the meeting for the following items on the grounds that they involve the likely

disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local

Government Act.

After due consideration of the rationale for excluding the public and press from the Sub Committee’s meetings, it was

RESOLVED – That, under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act.
