The public minutes of the meeting of the Public Relations and Economic Development Sub-Committee held on 12 December 2018 were noted and the recommendation set out on page 32 was considered. Copies of the guidelines for approving and rejecting applications for filming in the City, which Members were being asked to endorse, had been circulated.

RESOLVED: That approval be given to the adoption of strategic guidelines for approving and rejecting applications to support and facilitate filming on public land in the City.
