Report of the Director of Innovation & Growth.

The Committee considered a report of the Director of Innovation & Growth concerning the nomination of a Guarantor and Co-Chair to the Board of Innovate Finance.

RESOLVED: That Deputy Tom Sleigh  be nominated as a Guarantor and Co-Chair of

the Board of Guarantors for Innovate Finance, the appointment to come into effect

once Alderman Russell steps down from this position in November 2019.
