To receive the terms of reference as agreed by the Board of Governors at its meeting on 10 June 2019.

In considering the terms of reference, Governors agreed that four meetings of the Finance Sub-Committee be convened for each academic year, and that these meetings should be scheduled approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the meetings of the Board of Governors. The Clerk would liaise with representatives of the School and Chamberlain’s Department to schedule meetings for the 2020/21 academic year.
The Chairman noted that a proposal to merge the Reference and Finance Sub-Committees would be considered at the next meeting of the Board of Governors on 2 December 2019 and that the permanent Chairman of the joint Sub-Committee would be appointed at that time.
RESOLVED, that the terms of reference for the Finance Sub-Committee be received.
