Report of the Town Clerk

Minutes:

The Committee considered a report of the Town Clerk asking the Committee to review its terms of reference. The Committee noted that elections to the Committee by the Court of Common Council were for four years unless stated otherwise. The Committee noted that staggered terms could be considered in the future.

RESOLVED – That the terms of reference of the Committee be approved for submission to the Court as set out.
