The Finance, Audit and Risk Committee of the City of London Academies Trust has responsibility for reviewing the overall Financial position and risk profile of theTrust for appropriatenessand monitors theriskmanagement techniquesemployed at all levelswithintheTrust.  The Committee also receives the Auditor’s report before Board Approval.
