The assistance and relief, during the months of November, December, January, February and March, of any poor or distressed persons residing, engaged or employed within the City of London, or formerly resident, engaged or employed within the City of London, or the families or dependents of any such persons, or the poor or distressed families of any deceased person formerly so resident, engaged or employed.

This organisation was closed down in July 2020 and funds transferred to the Emanuel Hopsital
