Non-Public Minutes To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 6th October 2015. Minutes: The non public minutes of the meeting held on Monday, 8th February 2016 were approved.
Matters arising
Further to allocation of the Benefice Churches to various Members of the Committee, further visits had taken place and these would be recorded under the next item on the agenda.
The Corporate Review of Grants had now been to the various Committes affected by the proposals and would be signed off at the Policy and Resources Committee on 17th March 2016. Members also noted that the City Bridge Trust had given extensive assistance to churches for community projects; ie access requirements for community halls.
The Chairman had spoken briefly to Christine Rigden about attending visits to Benefices and would raise this with Mansion House. The Lord Mayor’s Private Secretary was in receipt of the list allocating Members of the Benefices Sub Committee to the various Sub Committee Members. |
