To agree the minutes and non-public summary of the meeting held on 25 July 2019.

The Committee noted that the Committee’s Strategic Away Half-Day was on Friday 11 October 2019 and not 30 October 2019 as stated. However, the Committee was advised that an extra Committee meeting to consider grant applications would be scheduled for Wednesday 30^th October at 4pm, and Members would be asked to confirm their availability.

RESOLVED – That, pending the above correction, the public minutes and non-public summary of the meeting held on 25 July 2019 be agreed as an accurate record.
