The Sub-Panel elected Amanda Orchard as their Chair for this meeting.

The Sub-Panel took note of and formally received the Members’ Code of Conduct – Complaints Procedure in operation since February 2022.

There were no questions.

There were no additional, urgent items of business for consideration.

MOTION – That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meetin for the following items on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Govenrment Act.

The Sub-Panel considered Complaint A and concluded that this should progress directly to a Hearing without Investigation.

The Sub-Panel considered Complaint B and concluded that this should not progress further on the basis that it was considered inadmissible under paragraph 22 iii of the Complaints Procedure.
