Resolved unanimously – That the sincere congratulations of this Court be offered to Chris Bilsland, the former Chamberlain of the City of London and a former High Officer of this Court, on his recent appointment by Her Majesty the Queen as an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for services to local government finance and the City of London Corporation.
