Standards Regime: Action Taken Under Urgency Procedures

The Town Clerk informed the Committee of action taken in accordance with Standing Order No. 41(a) to agree the adoption of a new Code of Conduct for Members for recommendation to the Court of Common Council.

Public Order Training

The Town Clerk advised that a visit to the Metropolitan Police Specialist Training Centre at Gravesend had been arranged for 25^th January 2013, for Members to witness the public order training undertaken by police officers. Further information would be circulated via e-mail to the Committee in due course, with any interested Member asked to let the Town Clerk know so that arrangements could be made.
