To agree the public minutes and non-public summary of the meeting held on 14 May 2014.

RESOLVED - That:

(a)  The public minutes and non-public summary of the meeting held on 14 May 2014 be approved as an accurate record; and

(b)  Stuart Fraser and Tom Sleigh be appointed to the Financial Investment Board and Property Investment Board respectively.
