Terms of Reference of the Epping Forest and Commons Committee

To receive a report of the Town Clerk.

Minutes:

The Committee considered the report of the Town Clerk and were informed that as part of the post-implementation review of the changes made to the governance arrangements in 2011 it was agreed that all Committees should review their terms of reference annually. This would enable any proposed changes to be considered in time for the reappointment of Committees by the Court of Common Council.

 

In response to a query regarding the quorum of the Committee, the Town Clerk agreed to consult the Comptroller and City Solicitor to clarify which Members could form part of a quorum. An updated report would be considered by the Committee at their meeting in January 2014.
