Appointment to the Highgate Wood Joint Consultative Committee

Meeting of Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood and Queen's Park Committee, Monday, 27th January, 2014 1.45 pm (Item 4.)

To appoint a Member to the Highgate Wood Joint Consultative Committee in the room of Deputy Michael Welbank.

Minutes:

The Town Clerk explained to the Committee that there existed a vacancy on the Highgate Wood Joint Consultative Committee in the room of Deputy Michael Welbank.

Given no members present expressed their willingness to serve on this occasion, it was agreed to appoint a member to the Joint Consultative Committee at a future meeting of the Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood and Queen’s Park Committee.

The Chairman noted that the Highgate Wood Joint Consultative Committee - after its meeting on 30 April - was next due to meet on 19 November 2014, 22 April 2015 and 18 November 2015.

RESOLVED – that the Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood and Queen’s Park Committee defer the appointment of a member to the Highgate Wood Joint Consultative Committee until a future meeting.
