Report of the Town Clerk.

The Chairman introduced a report of the Town Clerk. It was noted that some dates for the Epping Forest and Commons Committee clashed with meetings of the consultative committees of the Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood and Queen’s Park Committee. The Town Clerk would look into the possibility of changing the date of the next meeting of the Queen’s Park Joint Consultative Committee, as this meeting is on the same day as Ladies’ Day at Epping Forest.

RESOLVED – that

·         Members agree the Current Position and Proposals set out within the report; and

·         Members agree the Schedule of Visits 2014 as set out in the appendix.
