The Committee is asked to note a report of the Town Clerk in respect of a decision taken under delegated authority, in accordance with Standing Order no. 41(b), since the last meeting of the Committee.

The Committee received a report of the Town Clerk regarding a decision that had been taken since the last meeting of the Standards Committee in accordance with Standing Order 41(b). 

At its meeting on 31^st January 2014, the Committee granted delegated authority to the Town Clerk, in consultation with the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Standards Committee, to approve the wording of the Committee’s terms of reference ahead of submission to the Court of Common Council on 1^st May 2014 and the start of the new municipal year. 

RESOLVED:-  That the report of action taken between meetings be noted.
