Minutes:

Mr Jeremy Mayhew and Mr Tom Hoffman each declared a general, non-pecuniary interest in respect of item 7 - City of London Festival, as they are Directors of the City of London Festival.

· Mr Paul Martinelli declared a general, non-pecuniary interest in respect of an urgent item of business being presented under item 10 – Special Events on the Highway, as he is Chairman of Smithfield Market Tenants’ Association.
