To consider the public minutes and summary of the meeting held on 7 October 2014.

RESOLVED – That the public minutes and summary of the Board of Governors’ Meeting held on 7^th October 2014 be approved subject to it being noted that Councillor Townsend was co-opted and was therefore not an ex-officio Member and that Adam Richardson had been unable to attend the previous meeting due to an administrative error.

It was agreed that the following non-public item be taken at this point in the meeting.
