The Order of the Court of Common Council of 24^th April 2015, appointing the Committee and approving its terms of reference, was received.

Resolved: That -

(i) the Order of the Court of Common Council of 24^th April 2015 be received; and

(ii) in the future, the Order of the Court to include the names of the Independent Persons.
