Congratulatory Resolution:

Resolved unanimously – That the sincere congratulations of this Court be offered to Tessa, Lady Brewer, former Lady Mayoress of the City, on her recent appointment by Her Majesty the Queen in the Birthday Honours List as an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for civic and community services in London.
