Report of the Director of Culture, Heritage and Libraries.

Members received a report of the Director of Culture, Heritage and Libraries in respect of the City of London Festival.  Members were reminded that, following further discussions over the Summer, the delegated authority agreed by the Committee on 13^th July 2015 had been exercised; i.e. allocation of £355,835 to the City Arts Trust for delivery of the 2016 Festival.
