Report of the Superintendent of the Commons.
Minutes:
The Committee received the report reviewing the charges for sports facilities and miscellaneous items that were provided by The Commons Division and agreed to grant approval for the proposed charges for 2016-17.
Resolved – that Members approved the proposed charges for 2016-17.
The Commons Management Priorities 2016
The Committee received a report regarding The Commons Management Priorities 2016 and agreed to defer this item to allow Members to give due consideration to the report. The Town Clerk agreed to circulate the report as part of the May Committee meeting agenda.
