To consider reports of the Property Investment Board, as follows:

A)   A report on action taken in accordance with urgency procedures concerning the surrender and re-grant of a head lease to facilitate development;

B)   A report on action taken in accordance with urgency procedures concerning the purchase of a head leasehold interest.

The Court received two reports of the Property Investment Board advising of actions taken in accordance with urgency procedures.
