Resolved unanimously – That the sincere congratulations of this Court be offered to Gordon Warwick Haines JP, formerly Alderman of the Ward of Queenhithe, on his recent appointment by Her Majesty The Queen as a Member of the Order of the British Empire for voluntary and charitable services to the community and environmental conservation in London.
