Report of the Chamberlain.

The Committee considered a report of the Chamberlain which provided a key risks register for the Corporation of London Charities Pool, for review by Members, on behalf of the trustee (the City of London Corporation).

RESOLVED – That the Committee confirms that the risk register satisfactorily sets out the risks facing the charity and that appropriate measures are in place to mitigate those risks.
