To agree the non-public minutes of the Board of Governors meeting held on 8 February 2018.
Minutes:
Prior to the consideration of the non-public minutes of the last meeting, Governors received a presentation from the Old Freemen’s Association (OFA) Chairman and OFA Development Officer that updated the Board on current plans for an OFA Clubhouse.
RESOLVED, that the non-public minutes of the meeting held on 8 February 2018 be approved as a correct record.
