Minutes:

Members received a report of the Director of Community and Children’s Services in respect of the 2017/18 Housing Revenue Account Outturn Report.

Members noted that the overspend on reactive repair and maintenance works would reduce as part of the cyclical works programme and stock condition survey. The Chamberlain offered to provide a breakdown of the income streams.

RESOLVED, that – the report be noted.
