Report of the Town Clerk

Minutes:

The Sub-Committee received a report of the Town Clerk on the design, build, support and hosting for new website. The report informed Members of the progress on the website project, specifically with relation to date of the tender process. The Sub-Committee noted that the website did not meet the City of London Corporation’s needs and did not reflect well on the City of London Corporation. The Director of Communications confirmed that a winning bid for the contract had been decided and that he would confirm the details of this winning bid following the exclusion of the public.

 

RESOLVED- that the report on the new website be noted.
