Minutes:

The Board received a report of the Chief Operating & Financial Officer setting out the current financial position of the Barbican Centre, together with its approach in managing the 21/22 budget during a period of unprecedented volatility as a consequence of the pandemic. The Barbican’s long-term business plan was presented to the Board on 18 November and the immediate next steps being undertaken to deliver the plan was also provided.
