Minutes:

·       With the agreement of the Committee, the Chairman accepted a late report from the Director of Markets and Consumer Protection regarding the installation of a Rapid Vehicle Charge Point at Billingsgate Market.

·       Deputy Joyce Nash reported that the Annual City Residents Meeting was to be held later that day which Members were welcome to attend.

Minutes:

The Chairman agreed to a Member raising an urgent item relating to water condenser issues at Smithfield since the evening of 7 May.

 

The Superintendent, Smithfield Market confirmed he was unaware of these issues and the City Surveyor undertook to respond to the Chairman (with the Superintendent updating the SMTA) as soon as possible.
