To agree the public minutes of the previous meeting held on 04.06.19 Minutes: RESOLVED – That the public minutes of the previous meeting held on 4th June 2019 be agreed as a correct record.

Questions on Matters Relating to the Work of the Sub-Committee Minutes: · Courts User Group – a question was raised regarding the membership of and frequency of Court User Group Meetings. In response, Officers advised that these meetings were managed by HMCTS and included input from a range of partners. Members agreed that it would be helpful to have CoL representation at user group meetings as this was a useful tool for obtaining user feedback on issue such as maintenance/building fabric.
RESOLVED – That Officers report back with details of user group meetings for the Old Bailey and the Magistrates Court.
· Gowns – Officers reported that nine new gowns would be purchased and the remaining gowns sent for specialist cleaning and/or repair. |
