QUESTIONS ON MATTERS RELATING TO THE WORK OF THE COMMITTEE

Minutes:

A question was asked by union representatives regarding the City of London Police Corporate Services and the engagement of staff and unions regarding staffing and structural changes. In response, officers confirmed that engagement between the City of London Corporation and City of London Police staff was ongoing, that discussions had been held and would continue to be held, and that any staffing changes were in relation to roles rather than individuals. Officers noted the sentiment and concern expressed about the timing and process of engagement and agreed to give that further consideration following the meeting.
