·       Members were disappointed at the delay in repairing the ceiling damage in the library. The Curator advised that she would be able to reinstate the lighting as the  recent damage from water ingress had been repaird. 

·       The external decorations were deteriorating but the funding for this project had been diverted to the library roof.
