The Police Pensions Board has been established
under the Police Pensions Regulations 2015 to assist the Scheme
Manager in securing compliance with the those Regulations; any
other legislation relating to the Police Pension Scheme and any
statutory pension scheme that is connected with it; and any
requirements imposed by the Pensions Regulator in relation to the
Scheme or any statutory pension scheme that is connected with it.
The Police Pensions Board also assists the Scheme Manager in the
performance of the Scheme Manager’s functions under the
Police Pensions Regulations.
