The Assistant Director Cleansing and Streetscene informed the Committee of the roll-out of the new electric street sweepers. The City has now acquired the first small truck for street sweeping. Additionally, the Committee was told that the electric refuse collection vehicles are now being tested and will be delivered once the testing phase is completed.
