RESOLVED - That the public minutes of the meeting held virtually on meeting on 30 November 2020 be approved as a correct record.

Matters arising

The Chair noted that there are a number of references to reports being referred to as to be presented to the Committee at a later date and the Chair asked that for the future such mention should have a set date is provided.
