Minutes:

Members noted that some young people, not in employment or educational training, (NEETs) will not be able to study or work due to core health reasons which need to be addressed first. Furthermore, if they do not have immigration status, then they are not permitted to study, work or volunteer. Members noted that 2 more NEETS had found employment since this report had been published.
