“That the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business below on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act, 1972:-

A) action taken under urgency procedures approving recommendations of the Property Investment Board concerning the options for the refurbishment of 35/37 Alfred Place , WC1;

B) action taken under urgency procedures approving recommendations of the Property Investment Board concerning the leasehold interest in the City Fund property, 42 New Broad Street;

C) recommendations of the Audit and Risk Management Committee concerning the appointment of Non Local Authority Fund Auditors; and

D) recommendations of the Community and Children’s Services Committee concerning the options for the redevelopment of the Community Centre at Avondale Square Estate.

Resolved – That the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business below on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act, 1972:-
